Kenyans are optimistic that the 2015/16 budget will address the high cost of living. <br /><br />The cost of food, education and fuel are some of the commodities that Kenyans hope will be lowered. <br /> <br />Kenyans are also hoping that the 2.1 trillion shilling budget will tackle insecurity in the country.<br /><br />Majority of Kenyans surveyed by Ipsos said the the 2014/2015 budget did not have any impact in their lives.
